Favor and Grace Under Fire Therapy & Consulting is a therapy and consulting practice with the purpose of helping folks intentionally, and fervently, move through life’s transitions with Favor and Grace in order to reach promise, purpose and provision by means of therapy, consulting, speaking engagements and workshops when they are under fire. We specialize in eradicating trauma and getting to the root of the generational dysfunction among other specialties based on the therapist’s expertise. Favor and Grace Under Fire was established to cater to the African American communities with the goal to eradicate the dysfunctional patterns that have been passed down and created from slavery. We recognize that a people can not truly gain freedom without the freedom of the mind emotionally which leads to freedom of the soul and body. We pride ourselves in helping folks find permanent relief instead of “putting a band-aid on a broken arm.” We offer individual, couple and family therapy, as well as groups such as The Nubian Queens Support Groups for Melanated women which provides a safe space for Melanated women to talk about workplace oppression, racism, relationships etc. and find community in the wild wild west state of Arizona which only 4.6% African Americans.
