Brief Description of Product or Services

IUVEO: Information for the Evolving Teenager (iuveo.org) is a free website co-designed by teens to help empower teens to better communicate with their health care providers and take an active role in their health care. The website provides condition and treatment information, videos, and question prompt lists that teens can use during and outside of medical visits to become better at managing their own health. IUVEO features a current library of 13 mental and physical health topics important to teens, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, bullying, eating disorders, substance use, asthma, seizures, and diabetes. IUVEO was developed by a team at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Eshelman School of Pharmacy, Alexor LLC, and two teen advisory boards.
