I am a first-generation Nigerian-American, navigating my post-undergraduate career and my mental health(anxious attachment from childhood neglect and mother abandonment) alone. I have trouble emotionally regulating and need to work through my impulse/anger issues.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate working in NC with women, men, and children. I am proud to serve the community as an advocate services for military and their families as I am an army veteran myself.
