I am a graduate of Howard University, with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I have a master’s degree from Troy University in Counseling & Psychology, concentrating in Clinical Mental Health. My clinical experience includes specialized training in the treatment of survivors of domestic violence/intimate partner violence (IPV), sexual assault and trauma. Additionally, I have experience treating clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, adjustment to life events and other mental health concerns. Prior to founding Revita Therapy & Wellness, I practiced at Gardenia Cove Mental Health P.C., The Samaritan Counseling Center, and the Family Sunshine Center/Family Justice Center. I provide therapeutic support to adults, couples and adolescents 15+ struggling with issues like depression, anxiety, relationship discords, gender-related issues (LGBTQ+), and others. I am a certified telehealth provider and a certified Reiki Level 2 practitioner. The modalities I incorporate include and are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Mindfulness. I believe that you are the expert on your life, and I’m here simply to support you on your journey to wellness.
