Barbara J. Brown, Ph.D. is the Founder and Owner of CapitolHill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation, LLC (CCCC LLC).
CCCC LLC was launched in 2009 out of a desire to collaborate with like-minded colleagues on a mission to improve the community by working as a team to provide high quality, accessible, and culturally responsive mental health services, training, and consultation. With over 60 licensed therapists, an accredited clinical training program, 5 locations and telehealth in the greater Washington DC region of Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
CCCC LLC offers a full range psychotherapy and testing services to children, adolescents, and adults including individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy and psychological testing to address challenges in their personal, educational, and professional lives.
In 2019, CCCC LLC was honored as a top 100 Minority Business Enterprise in the Washington, D.C. region and Dr. Brown received an Enterprising Women of the Year Award in 2021. In 2022 Dr. Brown was nominated and accepted into the Women Business Leaders organization which targets thought leaders in health care. Dr. Brown serves on the Advisory Board of the Boris L. Henson Foundation, the Board of the Episcopal Center for Children, the Board of Enterprising Women, and the Board of the Black Women’s Health Imperative. CCCC LLC will continue to grow to meet community needs for quality outpatient mental health services.
