***PRIVATE WELLNESS & YOGA COACHING SESSIONS (FREE 15-MINUTE CONSULTATION):
Through our Private Wellness & Yoga Coaching Sessions, we work with you to assess imbalances of the three primary dimensions of wellness: spirit, mind, and body. Then, we co-create a personalized wellness plan with you and guide you through simple daily practices to support your overall health and wellbeing. Our private sessions assist with the development of a healthy work-life balance and may complement existing mental health and medical treatments. All services are trauma-informed.
***YOUTH INNER SELF-AWARENESS (YISA) YOGA & SEL PROGRAM & WORKSHOPS:
The YISA Program is a fun, age-appropriate, and interactive program for youth and teens that uses Yoga philosophy and mind-body practices to teach social and emotional learning (SEL) as a standalone offering or to enhance other SEL frameworks by guiding youth in improving mindfulness, mind-body image, emotional self-regulation, relationships, conflict resolution and social responsibility. Options also available for adults.
