Dr. Tiffany Fuller is a dynamic and dedicated mental health professional with over a decade of experience providing culturally responsive counseling, coaching, and higher education instruction. She is deeply committed to promoting equitable and accessible mental health care across diverse communities. Dr. Fuller provides holistic and evidence-based counseling services to individuals, couples, adolescents, and families. Her approach integrates trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and positive visualization techniques to support healing and growth.
Dr. Fuller currently serves as an Assistant and an Adjunct Professor. Her teaching spans a broad range of graduate-level courses, including trauma-informed care, multicultural counseling, group therapy, and clinical practicum and internship supervision. She is known for fostering inclusive learning environments, while challenging learners to be interruptors of systems of oppression and helping future counselors develop their professional identities with cultural humility and advocacy.
An accomplished speaker and published author, Dr. Fuller has presented on topics such as adolescent mental health, suicide prevention, and anti-Blackness in school systems. She is a passionate advocate for social justice, youth empowerment, and the dismantling of systemic barriers in mental health care.
With a strong background in both clinical practice and federal service, Dr. Fuller brings a unique systems-level perspective to her work. Her commitment to lifelong learning, mentorship, and empowering others defines her professional journey and mission.
