Co-Founder of Psych Me Out. Psych Me Out is a grassroots mental health organization that aims to improve the Black community’s quality of life by inspiring individuals to care for their mental health via speaking engagements, workshops, trainings, consultations, and community events! Although we are licensed professionals, we do not offer clinical services through Psych Me Out. We are based in New Jersey, with roots extending to New York and the DMV metropolitan area. Given the lack of Black psychologists in the field and the increased likelihood for Black individuals to experience mental illness, it is crucial that resources are readily available for the community to access and learn about. Psych Me Out strives to provide just that.
