I am a doctoral prepared, nationally board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My approach is patient-centered and holistic, considering the whole person and not just the symptoms. I serve ages 13 years and older in the states of Maryland and Virginia, and advocate to empower and educate each client to help improve quality of life. My experience in medical and mental health allows me to make appropriate treatment plans, dietary, lifestyle, therapy and medication recommendations, if necessary.
