I make a conscious decision to sit with individuals and families in their darkest times, while honoring integrity and confidentiality. As an experienced therapist, I have expertise in mental health, depression, anger management, couple/family therapy and much more. I aim to help you achieve more fulfilling relationships, an increased sense of self, the ability to cope better with life, enjoy increased work productivity and improved adjustment to life’s many transitions.
My work with people is strength-based and client-centered. I provide a nurturing and supportive environment to meet you where you are and identify needs by listening and using your personal strengths along with my professional guidance and experience to help guide therapeutic sessions.
I utilize a variety of modalities depending on your needs and goals that include but are not limited to Cognitive-Behavioral, Family Structural, Solution-Focused, Psychodynamic, Couples, Trauma informed, components of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Behavioral therapy.
