Fem & Free is a women’s empowerment dance class that was founded on confidence, femininity, and mental health. Since its foundation in January 2022 our services have expanded from only heels dance training to now also offering majorette and hip hop classes. With a range of free and registered classes our fees are utilized as monetary donations to sponsor community service initiatives in the Greensboro, NC Community.
