Laughing Lovebugs provides wellness support services via laughter yoga. We work with people to release the stress and amplify the joy and connectedness in their lives. In laughter yoga sessions, we help people feel comfortable, safe, and trust being vulnerable. Laughter yoga is perhaps the only exercise routine that helps to ease physical, mental, emotional, and social stress all at the same time.
Our premium laughter yoga sessions combine laughter exercises and deep breathing with playfulness and movement to connect, unwind, and let go. No sense of humor, flexibility, or yoga mat required!
