Fightress Aaron, MBA, MS, ALC, NCC, she/her/hers, is an Associate Licensed Counselor who believes there is no one-size-fits all approach to therapy. Clients come from all walks of life and experiences and Fightress meets them with compassion and individualized care.
Utilizing a culturally responsive and relational approach to psychotherapy, Fightress is committed to creating spaces for her clients to be fully seen, understood, and held with compassion.
Fightress received her Masters in Marriage, Couple and Family Counseling from Walden University. She is trained in EMDR and Brainspotting therapies and utilizes these modalities to support clients with trauma, PTSD and other issues.
She also utilizes traditional talk therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Person-Centered Therapy to support clients with depression and anxiety.
Fightress believes attachment styles play a vital role in how we form relationships with others so she utilizes attachment-based therapy as well. Fightress is passionate about all things mental and maternal health and in addition to her role as a therapist, she is also a birth and postpartum doula.
Fightress believes in providing clients with individualized care. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and reading
