I value myself to be a culturally-competent telehealth counselor, having worked with people of more than 15 different backgrounds, offering personalized, supportive Mental Health services to individuals 18+ in VA and Washington D.C. With me are the experiences of more than 12 years in the field and 1,000s of hours supporting individuals of all ages & families. I’ve supported people through some of their darkest challenges and look forward to being your resource through any challenges of yours. The goal is simple. It’s to help you identify what’s needed in order to make things better & then empower you to get it.
