These classes are perfect for all fitness levels and are curated with the student in mind with modifications offered as needed for safe practice during and after class. Students are encouraged to use this time to step away from the day to day and reconnect on a Soul level bringing body, breath, and movement into alignment. Whether an active vinyasa flow class, a slow restorative, or an energetic meditation or sound/vibrational therapy class, each class aims to offer safe space for trauma-informed, accessible practice, healing and quiet peace in the mind, body, and soul. Group classes and 1×1 sessions available.
