With an energetic, inviting, non-judgmental, compassionate approach, Yoga with Nzinga can be enjoyed by novice-level students and/or any yoga connoisseur. The emphasis is on comfort in the postures and practice of yoga, as well as patience with one’s self as the body adapts to the ways the mind inspires it to stretch. Inspiring and collaborative, Nzinga encourages family involvement as parents are welcomed and encouraged to bring their children to attend the yoga sessions or participate in children’s yoga.
